某三水铝石型铝土矿溶出试验研究

摘    要:研究了从某进口三水铝石型铝土矿中溶出氧化铝,考察了溶出温度、碱浓度、溶出时间、添加石灰对铝土矿中氧化铝溶出效果的影响。结果表明,适宜的溶出条件为:溶出温度140 ℃、碱浓度100 g/L、溶出时间60 min,此时氧化铝溶出率达87.91%,且溶出过程不需要添加石灰。溶出后赤泥主要由方钠石和氧化铁组成。

Abstract:A digestion of alumina from an imported gibbsite-type bauxite was studied. The effects of time and temperature of digestion, alkali concentration and lime addition on the digestion of alumina were all investigated. The results show that under appropriate conditions, including a temperature of 140 ℃, alkali concentration of 100 g/L and 60 min reaction, the extraction rate of alumina can reach 87.91%. It is found that the digestion process can be performed without adding lime, and the bauxite residue left after the alumina extraction is mainly composed of sodalite and iron oxide.
