锡矿山南矿尾矿膏体充填技术研究及工程应用

摘    要:对锡矿山南矿尾矿进行了膏体制备和充填相关研究。该尾矿浓缩至质量浓度64%可达到膏体状态; 膏体尾矿以新型胶结粉为胶凝材料,在全尾砂浓缩膏体浓度68%、灰砂比1∶8条件下,充填体固结块28 d抗压强度可达3.36 MPa。工程应用实践表明,该尾矿膏体充填系统运行良好,工艺指标优良。

Abstract:The tailings from the south mine of Hsikuangshan were used to prepare paste backfill, and the backfilling parameters were studied through tests. The tailings were concentrated to paste state with  mass concentration of 64%. With a new type of cement powder as the cementing material for the tailings, the backfill was prepared by using the whole-tailings paste with  concentration of 68% and a cement-sand ratio of 1∶8. It is shown that the 28 d compressive strength of the solidified backfill can reach 3.36 MPa. The engineering practice indicates that the paste backfilling system with such kind of tailings runs well, showing good indices.
