安徽某富蛇纹石铜矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:以安徽某含铜磁黄铁矿-蛇纹石(滑石)矿为研究对象,考察了磨矿细度、捕收剂种类、抑制剂种类、中矿再磨再选工艺等因素对铜矿浮选的影响。磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占84%、Z200+丁黄药为组合捕收剂、糊精为抑制剂,采用一粗两扫三精、中矿再磨再选浮选流程可获得铜精矿品位17.21%、回收率86.30%的指标,有效解决了该铜矿资源硅酸盐脉石泥化问题。

Abstract:With a copper-bearing pyrrhotite-serpentine (talc) ore from Anhui taken for research, effects of grinding fineness, type of collectors and depressant, as well as regrinding and re-separation of middlings on copper flotation were investigated. After milled to a grinding fineness of  -0.074 mm 84%, the ore was treated with Z200 and butyl xanthate as a combined collector and dextrin as a depressant. The experiment  adopting a flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning, with the middlings reground for re-separation finally produced a copper concentrate grading 17.21% Cu with corresponding 86.30% recovery. As a result, the sliming problem of silicate gangue relating to this kind of ore can be effectively solved.
