摘    要:对某含铁铜尾矿进行了选冶联合回收铁的试验研究。结果表明,采用强磁选预富集-焙烧-弱磁选工艺从该含铁铜尾矿中回收有价金属铁,在强磁选磨矿细度-0.06 mm粒级含量90%、磁场强度0.8 T,焙烧温度800 ℃、焙烧时间20 min,弱磁选磨矿细度-0.06 mm粒级占90%、磁场强度0.12 T的综合工艺条件下,获得了铁品位58.38%、铁回收率81.11%的铁精矿产品,提铁效果明显。

Abstract:Experimental studies were carried out to recover iron resource from copper tailings by using a combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy. The results show that, the valuable iron resource can be reclaimed using a flowsheet consisting sequentially of a high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) for preconcentration, a roasting and a low intensity magnetic separation (LIMS). Under the following conditions, including HIMS with the grinding fineness of -0.06 mm 90% and magnetic field intensity of 0.8 T, roasting at 800 ℃ for 20 min, and LIMS with the grinding fineness of -0.06 mm 90% and magnetic field intensity of 0.12 T, the experiment by using the combined process produced an iron concentrate grading 58.38% Fe at 81.11% recovery, showing an obvious iron extraction effect.
