摘    要:输电线路覆冰是中国电力系统安全稳定运行的严重威胁。针对输电线路覆冰微地形区域分类主观性强的问题,结合数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)和江西省覆冰灾害故障统计数据,对输电线路走廊垭口微地形开展了识别研究,提出了一组垭口微地形的识别指标,对提取样本区域进行了特征提取。在此基础上,提出了一种输电线路走廊垭口地形识别方法,并验证了所提取的垭口地形特征与识别方法的有效性。研究成果可以为输电线路防冰的差异化设计提供参考。

Abstract:Transmission line icing is a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of China's power system. To address the problem of subjective classification of ice-covered microtopography areas for transmission lines, a research is carried out on using the digital elevation model (DEM) and the icing-caused fault statistics of transmission lines of Jiangxi Province to identify the saddle microtopography for transmission line corridors. A set of indicators are proposed for identifying the saddle microtopography, and used to extract the microtopography features of the sample areas. On this basis, a method is proposed for identifying the saddle topography for transmission line corridors. The validity of the saddle topography features and the proposed identification method has been verified. The research results can provide a reference for differentiated anti-icing design of transmission lines.
