摘    要:针对爆破周边孔理论装药结构为同心不耦合装药而实际装药结构为偏心不耦合装药的现象,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立数值模型,对测点孔壁压力进行仿真计算。结果表明,偏心不耦合装药中,测距不大于0.5 m时,孔壁压力峰值分布随垂直于轴向截面上半径与方向向下的竖直线之间的夹角β增大而增大;测距大于0.5 m时,相同截面孔壁压力峰值近似相等。然而,同心不耦合装药中,相同截面孔壁压力相等;偏心不耦合装药沿轴向分布的孔壁压力峰值衰减较同心不耦合装药孔壁压力峰值衰减快。

Abstract:Perimeter blasting technique usually utilizes concentric and decoupled charges, but actually eccentric and decoupled charges are utilized in the practice. In view of this, a numerical model was established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA to calculate the blasthole pressure by simulation. The results show that when eccentric and decoupled charges are utilized in blastholes with the space less than 0.5 m, the peak pressure of blastholes will increase with the increase of the intersection angle β; if the space exceeds 0.5 m, the peak pressure of the blastholes with the same section is approximately equal. However, when concentric and decoupled charges are utilized, the pressure of blastholes with the same section is equal. The attenuation of the peak pressure distributed in the axial direction of the blastholes by using eccentric and decoupled charges is faster than that by using concentric and decoupled charges.
