中线法尾矿筑坝中旋流器底流稀释浓度现场优化试验

摘    要:为确定中线法尾矿筑坝中旋流器底流适宜的稀释浓度,在攀钢集团马家田尾矿库干滩上开展了3组不同底流稀释浓度的放矿试验,分析了不同底流稀释浓度条件下的沉砂在堆积坡面上的流动性、粒径分布特性和坡面平整度,并进行了旋流器溢流尾砂和适宜底流浓度下的堆积坝沉砂物理力学参数测试。结果表明,稀释浓度70%时,沉砂在堆积坡面上流速适中,颗粒沉积效果好,尾砂运移距离远,堆积坡面较平整;旋流器对尾矿分级效果明显,沉砂固结强度高、渗透性能好。

Abstract:In order to determine the optimal dilute concentration of hydrocyclone underflow for centerline method tailings dam, ore drawing tests with three different dilute concentration of underflow were performed on the dry beach of Majiatian tailings dam of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group, and some indicators were analyzed, including the fluidity of deposited sand on the tailings dam slope, distribution characteristics of particle size and surface smoothness of tailings dam slope. Then, the physical properties of tailings sand in the hydrocyclone overflow and the tailings sand in the underflow with optimal concentration that was deposited on the dam were investigated. The results show that with the dilute underflow at the concentration of 70%, the deposited sand flows at a moderate rate along the tailings dam slope, showing a good deposition effect. The tailings sand is transported for a long distance, and the tailings dam has a relatively flat slope. It is shown that the hydrocyclone brings remarkable effect in classification of tailings, leading to the deposited sand with high consolidation strength and good permeability.
