风化高泥铌多金属矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对国外某风化型铌多金属矿高度风化、严重泥化, 烧绿石、磷灰石、磁铁矿等有价矿物被纤磷钙铝石、高岭土等泥质矿物紧密包裹的矿石性质, 在原矿Nb2O5、Fe和P2O5品位分别为0.73%、15.81%和7.39%时, 采用“搅拌-脱泥-浮磷-弱磁选选铁-浮铌”工艺流程, 获得Nb2O5品位25.85%、回收率56.45%的铌精矿, P2O5品位38.91%、回收率63.33%的磷精矿和Fe品位60.37%、回收率45.56%的铁精矿, 实现了稀有金属铌、伴生有价元素铁和磷的综合回收。

Abstract:As for a highly weathered and severely muddy niobium-containing polymetallic ore from abroad, the valuable minerals in the ore, including pyrochlore, apatite and magnetite, are tightly enclosed by argillaceous minerals like crandallite and kaolin. In a beneficiation experiment, this kind of ore grading 0.73% Nb2O5, 15.81% Fe, and 7.39% P2O5 respectively was taken as the feed treated by using a process consisting sequentially of stirring, desliming, phosphorus flotation, low intensity magnetic separation of iron minerals and niobium flotation, producing a niobium concentrate assaying 25.85% Nb2O5 at a recovery of 56.45%, a phosphorus concentrate assaying 38.91% P2O5 at a recovery of 63.33%, and an iron concentrate assaying 60.37% Fe at a recovery of 45.46%. In this way, a comprehensive recovery of rare metal niobium and the associated valuable elements of iron and phosphorus can be actualized.
