摘    要:电网的空间分布、管理及内部状态变化及变电站和输变电线路设计等是一个非常复杂的问题。建立电网的统一GPS坐标系及GIS系统是支持电网持续、健康、快速发展的基本手段。传统的赣州变电站及线路坐标相对独立,电网管理基于表格形式表现电网属性,无法反映赣州电网的空间联系和空间分布模式,也极不利于赣州电网及经济发展。针对于此,结合赣州实际情况,对GPS建立统一的赣州电网坐标的方法及GIS在赣州电网设计、管理、建设中的意义及建立的各项步骤、将实现的功能进行试探性研究。

Research Construction of Ganzhou Power Grid System Based on GPS and GIS

Abstract:The spatial distribution, management and internal changes of power grids, and the design of substation and transmission line is a very complicated issue, the establishment of the unified GPS coordinates and GIS is the basic means to support retaining, health and rapid development. Traditional substation and line coordinates in Ganzhou is relatively independent, grid management embodies grids attributes based on form, but can not reflect the space link and spatial distribution model of grids, has also not conducive to Ganzhou grid and economic development. Analyze its problems with the actual situation in Ganzhou, use GPS to unify coordinates, exploratory research the functions, every steps of establishment, the significance of the design, management, construction in Ganzhou grid with GIS.
