热轧张力观测器模型的研究与构建

摘    要:张力观测器模型是微张力控制模型实现的基础,本文提供了一种精确的热轧机架间微张力预报的方法。采用新张力计算模型,结合轧制过程中轧制力臂变化,基于以弹性变形理论为基础的张力方程,设计出张力动态变化的计算方法,由此构建新的热轧微张力控制过程的张力观测器,在生产应用中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Tension observer model is the basis for realizing the mini-tension control model.An accurate forecasting method for mini-tension between hot rolling stands was presented.Taken the new tension calculation model,combined the change of rolling force arm in rolling process and according to tension equation based on elasticity distortion theory,a calculation model for dynamic tension change was designed.Then,new tension observer for hot rolling mini-tension control process was constructed and good effect was achieved in actual production application.
