深部调剖高效延缓交联剂的研究与评价

摘    要:延缓交联聚合物凝胶是国内外油田常用的深部调剖体系,而延迟交联剂是延缓交联体系的重要组成部分。根据调研的国内外资料,研制开发了一种高效延缓交联剂,使聚丙烯酰胺成胶时间在1~15d可调,使用浓度小于0.2%,成本低廉,现场配制简单,交联剂体系呈碱性,不腐蚀运输设备及注入设备。重点描述了高效延缓交联剂的合成过程,并对高效延缓交联机理及交联剂的应用性能进行了详细的论述。

Abstract:Delaying-crosslinking polymer gel is a general system for profile control in deep sector in abroad and home, and delaying-crosslinking agent is the important component of delaying crosslingking system.According to investigated material abroad and home, an efficient delaying-crosslinking agent have been developed, which adjust PAM forming gel time from 1~15d, and concentration is below 0.2%, cost is low and preparation on site is simple, and crosslinking sy stem shows basicity, not corrosing transportation tools and injection equipments. Synthesizing course for efficient delaying-crosslinking agent is especially described, and mechanism for efficient delaying-crosslinking and application performance for crosslinker are demonstrated with details.
