| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内电镀生产线的现状,提出了一种电镀生产线设计新思路.该生产线结构的设计采用立体布置,主体全封闭;通风采用灵活、高效的集中处理方式;电气控制充分利用计算机、网络、工业控制PLC等技术.生产线的设计在外观、节能、环保、智能化等方面有较大的突破.

| Abstract: | The current situation of domestic electroplating production lines was introduced. A new thought for designing electroplating production lines was proposed. The totally closed production lines make use of the design of three dimensional layout. The flexible and efficient centralized handling was adopted for ventilation system. The technologies of computer, network and PLC (programmable logic control) were used in electrical control. The new design of production lines has made rather big breakthroughs in appearance, energy saving, environmental friendliness and intelligentizing. |
