钢铁生产流程铁资源效率的分析

摘    要:以钢铁生产流程铁流图为基础,分析了高炉-转炉流程、电炉流程和混合流程的铁资源效率.流程铁资源效率的大小取决于各工序的金属收得率,金属收得率愈高,流程铁资源效率愈高.讨论了电炉钢比对混合流程铁资源效率的影响,结果表明,电炉钢比愈高,混合流程铁资源效率愈高.在此基础上,以中、美、日3国钢铁工业为例分析了电炉钢比和铁资源效率的关系.

Abstract:Based on the iron-flow diagram of steel production process, the iron utilization efficiency of different steel production processes, ie. BF-BOF process, EAF process and mix process, is analyzed. The iron utilization efficiency of steel production process is determined by recovery rate of iron. It is evident, that the higher rate of iron recovery, the higher the iron utilization efficiency is. The influence of EAF steel ratio on iron utilization efficiency of mix process is discussed. The higher EAF steel ratio, the higher the iron utilization efficiency of mix process is. Based on the data of steel industries in China, USA and Japan, the relationship of EAF/steel ratio and iron utilization efficiency is analyzed.
