华能瑞金电厂2号锅炉钢结构顶板大梁吊装技术

摘    要:在江西华能瑞金电厂2×350MW超临界机组2号锅炉钢结构顶板大梁吊装中,顶板大梁共有5根,编号分别为A、B、C、D、E,其中A、B、E三根梁采取一台吊车独立吊装;C、D两根梁因单重超过最大起重机械额定负荷50t,采取FZQ1250与80t滑车组抬吊,D梁在炉顶通过小坦克平移就位,C梁直接抬吊就位。

Abstract:In the hoisting of steel roof and beam for 2×350MW over-critical mechanical unit No.2 boiler in Huanengruijin power station,there are 5 beams which the number is A,B,C,D,E respectively.The beam A,B and C was hoisted independently by one crane.Because of the weight of beam C or D exceed the 50t upper limit of load of single crane,therefore,FZQ1250 and 80 pulley set crane was used to let beam D move horizontally to its position by over the little tank,and the beam C move to its position directly.
