摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃基片上制备了均匀透明牢固的纳米二氧化钛光催化薄膜.经X射射线衍射(XRD)测得薄膜晶型为锐钛型,晶粒大小平均为38 nm.通过光催化降解甲基橙溶液证实了TiO2薄膜具有较高的光催化活性.

Abstract:The hard transparent uniform TiO2 films deposited on glass substrate were prepared with Ti(OC4H9) by means of sol-gel method.The particles forming the TiO2 films are in the size of 38 nm and in anatase structure according to XRD result.The photocatalytic properties were proved by using the films to photodegrade methyl orange.
