摘    要:汽车高速行驶在淤泥路面上时,轮胎附着力会随着车速的增加而下降,对于车辆牵引力、操纵性及安全性产生不利影响.建立轮胎、淤泥和土壤三维有限元模型,利用有限元软件M SC.D ytran采用流固耦合算法,计算模拟了越野车在泥泞路面行驶过程,分析了轮胎对地面附着力随车速的变化,为设计适应淤泥路面行驶的轮胎提供了参考依据.

Abstract:When a vehicle is running on the sludge road,the contact force between its tires and ground will decline as car velocity increases,which might cause control and safety problems.Using MSC.Dytran software,a finite element simulation of car steering process on the sludge road was presented.The tire and base soil was modeled as Lagrange solid,while the sludge was modeled as Euler material.A general solid-liquid coupling algorithm was used to treat the interaction of tire and sludge.The time history of tire contact force and its change with car velocity is obtained and analyzed,which can benefit the tire design.
