| 摘 要： | 为了对电力通信管理系统中的数据采集功能进行研究与设计，在对电力网通信管理系统中数据采集功能的重要性论述的基础上，研究了数据采集功能的框架。分析了各个功能模块需求与实现逻辑，并对采集控制平台和具体协议适配模块进行了详细的设计，为实现对多个异构专业网管系统的接入提供了一种便利的实现方案。

| Abstract: | For the analysis and design of the data collection function tbr power telecommunication network management systems, this paper first describes the importance of the data collection function, then studies the design of the data collection function and analyzes the requirements and implementing logics of various function modules. Further, the detailed design of a data collection control platfbrm and a specific protocol adapter module is described, which will provide a convenient implementation solution for the management of multi-heterogeneous networks. |
