智能电网调度技术支持系统集中运维关键技术研究

摘    要:智能电网调度技术支持系统的推广应用,给系统的运行维护工作提出了更高要求。文章对调度自动化系统运行维护现状进行了分析,提出了一种智能电网调度技术支持系统的集中运维技术方案,通过调度数据网络为各网省调提供调度技术支持系统的远程集中运行监视、系统维护操作和应急响应服务,提高调度技术支持系统的可靠性和自动化水平。文章详细说明相关的关键技术,包括报警信息汇集、画面远程浏览、数据优化和统计分析、知识库管理及故障在线查询、预案管理。此方案已在工程中投入使用。验证了关键技术的实用性。

Abstract:The wide application of the smart grid dispatching technology support system brings higher requirements on the system operation and maintenance. This paper analyzes the situations of the dispatching automation system operation and maintenance, and proposes a technical solution of centralized operation and management for the dispatching automation support system, which enables remote centralized operation monitoring, system maintenance operations and emergency response service using the dispatching data network and improves system reliability and the automation level. This paper describes several key technologies involved in the system in detail, which includes alarm information collection, remote browsing, data optimization and statistical analysis, knowledge base management and fanlt online query, plan management. The solution has been applied to projects and application results validates the practicability of these key technologies.
