摘    要:大型电力设备在运输过程中可能受到冲击、倾斜等因素影响,电力设备运输质量在线管控系统以保障设备质量为目的,应用电子检测、无线传感网、移动通信和Web开发等技术,构建包含实时采集装置、集中控制器和管控中心平台的三层智能结构。实现全程信息化质量管控,可以提供运输质量数据实时在线监控、异常报警联动和运输项目管理等功能,并在实际运输项目中得到验证。系统可以有效提升管理效率,缩短反应时间,切实加强运输质量管理。

Abstract:In the transportation process of large power equipments (e.g. transforlners), several cases such as shock, leaning, etc, have an impact on the quality of equipment. To ensure the quality of equipments in the transportation process, this paper designs an online quality monitoring and control system for power equipment transportation, which uses a combinatory of the electronic detection technology, the wireless sensor network technology, the mobile communication technology, and the web development technology. The system has a three layers intelligent structure including real-time collector, centralized controller, and management and control platform, and is capable of monitoring the transportation quality throughout the whole process and providing online real-time monitoring, real-time alarm and transportation process management. Practical application results show that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of management, shorten reaction time on emergency, and enforce the transportation quality management.
