摘    要:OPGW作为电力输电线路的重要组成部分,在近10年多的时间得到了广泛的应用。但OPGW电力行业标准《DL/T832—2003光纤复合架空地线》并没有对OPGW具体结构做出说明,基本是一个订单进行一次设计。在实际设计中,设计人员一般对外径、拉断力、短路电流容量等硬性参数考虑比较周全,但小部分结构设计中并没有充分考虑外层材料缝隙问题,致使出现了一些设计不合理的结构。文章重点介绍OPGW设计中外层材料缝隙的控制,并给出了精准的计算方法。

Abstract:As an important part of power transmission lines, OPGW has been widely used in recent ten years. But the shortage of specifications on OPGW structure in the OPGW electric power industry standard "DL-T 832- 2003 optical fiber composite overhead ground wire (DL)" results in repeated design for each specific order. A more comprehensive design parameters, such as the general tensile force, the outer diameter and the short circuit current capacity, have been taken into consideration in the practical design. But the outer material gap design paid no enough attention has resulted in the unreasonable structure design. This paper focuses on the design and control of OPGW gap layer materials, and gives a precise calculation method.
