| 摘 要： | 我国水资源开发利用要以科学发展观为指导,指出矛盾论的客观要求是马克思主义认识论的必然,坚持了人与自然对立统一,坚持了马克思主义历史主体论,是马克思主义的社会观,是人类文明发展的结果。

| Abstract: | The exploitation and utilization of water resource in our country are guided by the water sense of scientific development.The water resource sense of scientific development is regarded as the impersonal requirement of the antinomy theory,is the certain of Marxism epistemology.The water resource sense of scientific development explain the opinion on the contradiction and consolidate between man and nature and the historic principal part theory of Marxism,is the Marxism social attitude,is the developmental result of man's civilization. |
