压阻式压力传感器中的信号调整

摘    要:文中介绍了Maxim公司的信号调整集成电路芯片MAX1450的引脚含义,功能特点及工作原理.设计和制作了外围补偿电路,对已有的微型压阻式压力传感器进行测试,分析它的信号特性与温度特性,采用了MAX1450信号调理器将微型压阻式传感器的进行校准和温度补偿.对微型压阻式压力传感器的失调、满量程输出、失调温度系数、满量程输出温度系数进行校准和补偿,使信号输出精度提高到1%,满足了实际应用的要求.

Abstract:This paper introduced Maxim Corporation's signal adjustment integrated circuit chip MAX1450 pin meaning, the function characteristic, and principle of work.It Designed and manufactured a periphery compensating circuit, carried on the test to the existed micro piezoresistive pressure transducer, analyzed its signal characteristic and the temperature characteristic.It used the MAX1450 signal regulator to realize the micro piezoresistive transducer the calibration and the temperature compensation. To micro piezoresistive pressure transducer's offset voltage, the full scale output, the offset temperature coefficient, the full scale output temperature coefficient carries on the calibration and the compensation. It makes the signal output precision to enhance to 1%, has satisfied the practical application request.
