多孔陶瓷的微生物固定化性能分析及探讨

摘    要:针对生物固定化技术及其在废水处理的工程应用中常见的问题,结合多孔陶瓷制备技术的发展状况,论述了作为生物固定化载体的多孔陶瓷应具备的性能及其改进措施,说明了多孔陶瓷固定化生物的各种机理,指出了多孔陶瓷固定化生物技术的发展趋势.即实现连续处理和生产设备小型化。

Abstract:Aiming to resolve the problems encountered in the application of MIT (microbial immobilization technology) in wastewater treatment, performances of porous ceramics as support media for microbial immobilization and ways to improve them were discussed with consideration to advances in their preparation technology, and different mechanisms for microbial adhesion to porous ceramics also described. Then it was pointed out that capability of continuous multiple treatment and miniaturized sizes will be tendencies of porous ceramics for the use of microbial adhesion.
