平显设备测试与故障诊断系统的设计与实现

摘    要:平显是先进作战飞机航空电子系统的核心设备之一,其性能是评价飞机作战性能的重要指标;为了对平显的性能进行完整的检测,对其故障进行有效地诊断与排除,文章介绍了某型平显设备的一种测试与故障诊断系统;该系统采用了故障逆向推理机制、模糊神经网络技术和软件自校准技术,有效地提高了系统的可靠性、灵活性。试用结果表明,该系统自动化、智能化程度高,适应性强,能够准确快速地对平显设备进行测试与故障诊断,具有很好的推广应用前景和重大的经济效益。

Abstract:Head-up Display (HUD) is one of core devices of the air electron system for advanced campaign airplane, its performance is an important guideline for judging the campaign performance of airplane. In order to test the HUDs performance fully , diagnose and eliminate the HUDs faults effectively, the design and implementation of the testing and diagnostic system for a certain Head-Up Display (HUD) device is introduced. Based on the technology of fault converse inference , fuzzy nerve network and software adjusting itself etc, this system's reliability and flexibility is greatly enhanced. After being used, this system has lots of advantages, such as wide suitability , high automation and intelligence. It can test and diagnose the faults of the HUD device quickly and accurately, and it has a wide application foreground and good economic profit.
