| Abstract: | The legal responsibility of safety management and the construction safety management status of the supervision authorities for hydropower development project are analyzed herein， and then the effect of safety management from supervision made on Three Gorges Project is deeply analyzed and studied， furthermore， the methods and specific measures for construction of safety management responsibility system for supervision authorities concerned are put forward as well. The study can provide some references for the relevant engineering supervisors. |
