起旋器对水平液固循环流化床颗粒分布的影响

摘    要:建立了一套水平液固循环流化床颗粒分布测试系统,在循环流化床内加入局部起旋器,并利用CCD图像测量与数据处理系统对循环流化床内固相颗粒分布特性进行了研究.探讨了起旋器导叶包角、安装位置、液体流速以及轴向距离对水平循环流化床内固相颗粒分布的影响.实验结果表明:在水平液固循环流化床内安装导流叶片式局部起旋器,可以有效提高管路上部的颗粒浓度,改善固相浓度分布的不均匀程度.
