摘    要:传统离线预想方式整定出来的继电保护定值需要进行在线校核。研究了在线校核所涉及到的若干关键技术,包括EMS互联数据读取、实时运行方式形成、与保护信息系统互联、校核计算及流程等,对其难点和实现方法进行了讨论。在此基础上,结合广西电网实际情形,设计并开发了广西电网基于EMS的继电保护定值在线校核系统,详细介绍了该系统的总体思路与结构、硬件设计、数据库设计等。工程实际应用与在线运行分析结果验证了该系统的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of power supply, the overhaul operation time and operation standardization problems of distribution networks in Guizhou Power Grid are researched. Considering the operational stages of the distribution network and the factors for its operation time such as various weather conditions and operational proficiency, this paper puts forward a formulation method for the operation time standard. Certain surveys have been done to collect failure time data in the power supply bureaus of Guizhou Power Grid. With analysis of these data, the standard times for each assignment of distribution network overhauling are determined.
