工业纯钛TA2失效评定曲线研究

摘    要:分析了工业纯钛TA2的拉伸力学性能,按照多段幂次方法处理得到材料的特征参数值,分别基于整体和塑性二段EPRI方法建立失效评定图,用断裂试验验证了基于EPRI建立失效评定曲线的有效性,并与标准规范中的通用评定曲线进行比较。结果表明:对于工业纯钛TA2,各评定标准的通用曲线是偏于保守的,本工作的研究成果有望更准确的用于含缺陷钛制承压设备的安全评定。

Abstract:The tensile mechanical properties of commercial pure titanium TA2 were analyzed. According to the method of multiple section plastic approach, the characteristic parameters of the material were obtained, so the failure assessment curve based on full plastic section approach and two plastic sections approach could be established. With the data of fracture test, the effectiveness of failure assessment curve was verified, which were established by EPRI method. Compared these failure assessment curves with those created by general failure assessment curves in each standard, it can be found that general curves for TA2 in each standard are more conservative, which means that the failure assessment curve of TA2 could be applied in defect assessment of titanium pressure equipment more precisely
