摘    要:明确一个系统的分布式电源准入功率,是科学地规划该系统内分布式电源的前提,考虑节点电压约束的分布式电源准人功率计算是目前研究的热点。针对分布式电源接人后可能引起电压越限,基于线性化的节点功率方程,提出采用电压灵敏度分析法计算各个节点的分布式电源准入功率,减少了计算量。通过对IEEE33节点配电系统的仿真分析,验证了该方法的可行性和正确性。同时提出了系统准人功率薄弱节点的概念,并分析了这种节点的一些基本性质。并利用该方法分析不同负荷水平、分布式电源接入位置及功率因数对准入功率的影响,为规划配电网内的分布式电源提供参考。

Abstract:Determining the maximum allowed penetration level of distribution generation (DG) for a system is the prerequisite for planning the DG scientifically in the system, and calculating the maximum allowed capacity of DG considering voltage constraints is a hot point in the present researches. Based on liberalized node power equations, a method to calculate the maximum allowed capacity of each node using voltage sensitivity is proposed, and the calculation is thus lessened. The accuracy and effectiveness of this method is tested and verified by IEEE 33 nodes system. In addition, the paper proposes the concept of weak node of maximum allowed capacity, and analyzes the basic features of these nodes. Finally, the method is used to analyze the impacts of different load levels, DG locations, power factors on the maximum allowed capacity to provide the useful reference for the planning the DG in the distribution network.
