摘    要:全面准确地评价电源接入系统方案对电网的影响,能为电源规划方案的选择和建设提供指导。针对抽水蓄能电站的特点及其对电网的影响,从技术性和经济性2方面,选取评价抽水蓄能电站对电网作用的4个单一评价指标,并给出了基于搜索算法结合BPA仿真的指标计算方法,进而提出了一种综合指标的构造方法。以某省电网为例,对备选的7个抽水蓄能电站接入方案进行评价,给出规划方案的排序,为抽水蓄能电站的建设提供参考。

Comprehensive Evaluation on Access Schemes of Pumped Storage Power Stations

Abstract:A comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the impacts of the power source access scheme on the power grid provides guidance for selection and construction of power sources. According to the characteristics of the pumped storage power station and its impacts on the power grid, four single evaluation indexes, ranging from technical and economical aspects, are selected to evaluate the impacts. Furthermore, the calculation method of the indexes based on search algorithm combined with BPA simulation is given and a construction method of comprehensive indexes is put forward. Finally, taking a certain province power grid as an example, seven pumped storage station planning schemes are evaluated and the corresponding construction sequence is given, providing useful reference for further construction of pumped storage stations.
