高压开关柜暂态对地电压局部放电检测设备性能的模拟信号注入法评测

摘    要:根据2011年南方电网新版预试规程对于高压开关柜带电局放检测的要求,结合暂态对地电压法检测设备在选购时存在评测难、不易复测等问题,提出使用模拟信号注入方法,对暂态对地电压局放检测设备和定位设备进行了频带特性、脉冲数、频带一致性、定位准确率等技术参数实测。结果表明不同厂家的产品技术差异明显。并提出该方法作为实验室的测试与实际开关柜缺陷的实测配合,可为该类设备的测评选购提供技术支撑。

Abstract:According to the requirements of 2011 preventive testing procedures of China Southern Power Grid for the partial discharge (PD) detection in the operation of high voltage switchgear, and to the evaluation testing difficulties during purchase of transient earthing voltage (TEV) PD testing equipment, a testing method based on the analog signal injection is proposed and applied on the testing of the technical parameters of TEV PD detect equipments and positioning equipments, including the frequency bandwidth characteristics, the pulse number, the frequency bandwidth continuity, and the positioning accuracy. The test results show obvious technical differences of the products from different manufacturers. The paper suggests that this method can be used in laboratory tests of high voltage switchgear to cope with field tests, and provide technical support in performance testings during purchase of similar equipments.
