紫苏种子性状与主要营养组成成分相关性分析研究

摘    要:研究调查了10个不同品种紫苏的种子性状,测定粗脂肪、蛋白质和纤维素等主要营养成分含量,并对籽粒性状与各营养成分进行了相关性分析.结果表明,供试紫苏品种间种子直径和千粒重以及营养成分粗脂肪、粗蛋白和纤维素含量均呈现极显著差异.BS-1种子粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量在10个品种中均最大,是高脂肪高蛋白品种选育的良好材料.相关性分析表明,种子直径与千粒重呈极显著正相关,粗脂肪含量与种子直径和千粒重均呈显著正相关,而蛋白质含量、粗纤维含量与种子直径、千粒重间相关性不显著.3种营养成分之间,粗脂肪含量和蛋白质含量呈正相关,与粗纤维含量呈显著负相关.研究结果对于优质紫苏新品种培育及产品开发具有一定理论指导意义和实践参考价值.

Abstract:In this study, the seed traits of 10 different perilla varieties were investigated and the contents of nutritional components including crude fat, protein and fiber were measured, fultherly, correlation analysis between seed traits and nutrients was also conducted. The results showed that the seed diameter, grain weight and nutritional content of crude fat, crude protein and cellulose content showed a highly significant difference among tested 10 perilla varieties. The seed crude fat and crude protein content of BS-1 were respectively the largest in 10 varieties, this indicates it was a good strain for screening high-fat and high-protein breeding material. The correlation analysis showed that the seed diameter was a significant positive correlation with grain weight, crude fat content also showed a significant positive correlation with the seed diameter and grain weight, while the content of protein and crude fiber is not significant correlation with seed diameter or grain weight. Among three nutrients, fat content was positively correlated with protein content but was significantly negatively correlated with crude fiber content. The research results have certain reference value for the high-quality cultivation of new varieties of basil and product development. Results provided theoretical significance and practical reference value for new quality varieties breeding and product development in perilla.
