水中锰[Ⅱ]的流动注射全自动在线分析

摘    要:根据国家标准GB/T11906-1989《高碘酸钾氧化光度法测定锰Ⅱ]》的原理,建立了水中锰Ⅱ]的流动注射全自动在线分析法,并对各种实验条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:该方法快速、灵敏、试剂消耗量少,线性范围为0.01~10mg/L,最低检出限为0.017mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.21%(n=12)。该方法能够很好地用于地表水、地下水及工业废水中锰Ⅱ]的在线自动监测。

Abstract:A flow injection spectrophotometric analysis method for on-line determination of Mn2+ in water is proposed,and an automatic on-line Mn2+ in water analyzer was developed based on the principle of potassium periodate spectrophotometry.The experimental conditions have been optimized.The experimental results indicate that the method has higher anti-interference ability,and the Mn2+can be determined in the range of 0.01~10mg/L with the detection limit of 0.017mg/L.The RSD is 1.21% (n=12).The method can be applie...
