| 摘 要： | 为减少汽轮机叶顶损失,提高汽轮发电机组效率,设计了小间隙弹性齿汽封并进行了试验研究。对弹性齿汽封和传统直齿汽封进行对比性耐磨试验研究及两种不同齿厚的弹性齿汽封的耐磨性研究,试验的结果显示弹性齿汽封的小间隙安装耐磨性明显优于传统直齿汽封,齿厚对耐磨性影响不显著,表明弹性齿汽封设计的合理性。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the loss of tip-blade and improve the efficiency of the steam turbine of power plant,the elastic tooth seal,a kind of seal with little gap,was designed and experimentally investigated.In this paper,experimental investigation on the elastic tooth seal and the traditional straight tooth seal was compared,and the wearability investigation of the two different thickness elastic tooth seal was conducted.The results show that the wearability of the elastic tooth seal is superiority over that of the traditional straight tooth seal and the teeth thickness is insignificant to wearability,and also indicate the design idea the elastic tooth seal of is reasonable. |
