摘    要:根据国内外同行多年设计经验,综合考虑安全性、经济性与工艺性,设计了1200mm长叶片的结构。在此基础上,应用有限元方法,建立了单叶片的有限元模型,在3300 r/min超速运行条件下,分析了叶片的静应力。计算结果表明,在超速情况下叶片强度是安全的;应用有限元商用软件ANSYS,采用接触边界法,建立了整圈叶片模型,计算了整圈叶片的动频率,得到叶轮的三重点共振转速M3为2802 r/min,由于叶片的工作转速为2820 r/min~3 090r/min,因此在该区间无三重点共振,叶片振动是安全的。

Abstract:In this paper, on the basis on the design experience of researchers in this field of the whole world and synthetical- ly considering safety, economy and technology, the configuration of 1 200mm long blade is designed. On the basis of this, Applying the finite element methods sets up the finite element model of single blade and analyses the static stress of blade under the condition of 3 300r/min ultra-speed operation. The computation result indicates that the blade strength is safe un- der the condition of ultra - speed ; Applying commercial software of ANSYS sets up a circle blade model with contact inter- face methods and calculates the dynamic frequency of the circle blade. The rotation speed of triple point resonance vibration of wheel, M3 is 2 802r/min. Since the blade operation rotation speed is 2 820r/min - 3 090r/min, no triple point resonance vibration is in this area. Thus, the blade vibration is safe.
