摘    要:电刷镀工艺过程中,为了满足工件尺寸精度要求以及减少镀液消耗和提高作业效率,需要精确测量镀层厚度变化.为此,利用虚拟仪器技术实现了该目的.该仪器利用涡流效应检测刷镀过程中的电流变化,除利用硬件滤波之外,还采用软件滤波-移动平均滤波来减小干扰的影响;采用了矩形积分精确求得耗电量,之后利用法拉第电解定律实现了镀层厚度的精确测量.

Abstract:It is essential to monitor coating thickness during the brush-plating process so as to meet the requirement of piece dimension,to decrease solution consumption,and to improve the operating efficiency.Based on eddying effect,a virtual instrument(VI)was developed to measure thickness of coating in real-time.Two approaches were applied to improve the measurement accuracy.One approach manages to eliminate the random interferences by moving average filtering;and the other is to compute the quantity with rectangular integral method.The coating thickness is measured via the quantity of electricity consumed according to Faraday's laws of electrolysis.When thickness reaches the objective value,the VI willalarm stop plating.The applied result is satisfactory,which indicates this method is applicable.
