摘    要:以宿州煤田的祁东煤矿地质采矿条件为例,阐述了原生纵向裂隙发育覆岩及高水压巨厚含水砂砾层作用条件的特征和控水采煤技术的原理;采用控水采煤技术,通过调整和控制采动影响引起的张裂性破坏区的发育程度及其渗透性变化来控制采煤工作面涌水量大小及其有无涌水.同时还考虑到了未受到采动破坏性影响的保护层的渗透性因素,并结合高水压水体对于裂隙岩体条件下的导水裂缝带高度和保护层厚度的作用和影响,通过完善的控水采煤安全措施的实施,实现了7,14、7112两综采工作面有限程度砂砾层涌水和无砂砾层涌水形式下的安全生产.
