| 摘 要： | 降低生产成本对提高油田开发生产获利水平起着至关重要的作用,而材料及备件的费用占油田开发生产总成本的比例越来越高,所以降低材料及备件的费用具有重要意义。根据近几年来的管理实践,本文对目前渤海采油公司在实际油田开发生产中材料费用管理控制的现状进行了客观分析,找出了影响材料成本的相关因素,针对如何降低油田生产的材料费用,从管理体制到具体的管理措施都提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The decrease of the production cost occupies an important place to the economic benefit improvement in offshore oilfield development and production. It is significant to decrease the costs of materials and spare parts, because they occupy higher and higher proportion in total cost for oilfield development and production. Based on management practice in recent years, the paper analyzes the Bohai production company's material cost control and management, finds out the factors related to material cost and put forward resonable countermeasures concerning decrease of material cost of offshore oilfield production. |
