基于满意度函数的多响应稳健优化设计研究综述

摘    要:在21世纪的竞争环境中,满足顾客多样化需求是企业面临的一大挑战。基于此,本文阐述了在产品设计过程中如何同时优化多个质量特性,并使得最终参数符合稳健设计的理念。本文在回顾了响应曲面法、田口三次设计法、满意度函数法的基础上,综合分析了目前多响应稳健优化设计的研究现状,最终提出将信噪比作为衡量多响应稳健性指标的可行性。

Multi-response Robust Optimization Design Research Based on Satisfaction Function Approach

Abstract:The paper indicates how to optimize multiple quality characteristics at the same time to make the final parameters meet the robust design philosophy in the product design process.Based on the review of the response surface methodology(RSM),Taguchi three designs and satisfaction function approach,it also comprehensively analyzes the current research on the multi-response robust optimization design and finally proposes that it is feasible to use the signal-noise ratio as a measure of multiple response soundness indicator.
