| 摘 要： | 目前国内配电网自动化系统实用化关键技术的开发与应用,正在成为制约配电网自动化建设发展的瓶颈。根据配电网自动化技术的标准,提出了基于软PLC的分层式配电自动化网络结构的实时监控系统的设计方案,该方案适用于多种硬件环境,打破传统PLC产品互不兼容的局限性,实现配电自动化技术中的遥测、遥信、遥调、遥控、遥视功能。

| Abstract: | The application and development of the key technology in the practicability of distribution automation systems based on the state of the art in China had set a limit to developing the distribution automation. According to the standards of automation tech- nology for distribution system, a design that a real-time monitoring system for a layered structure for distribution system based on Soft PLC is made for further study, the design can run well in different micro-processors, and break down the drawbacks about the uncompatibility of Hard-PLC＇s systems, which realizes remote-measurement, remotecommunication, remote-regulation, remote-control, and remote-vision. |
