煤炭地下气化覆岩温度场和裂隙场变化机制模拟研究

摘    要:对我国内蒙古地区某煤炭地下气化研究区的气化煤层顶底板岩石试样进行了热物理参数的测定,并建立了各岩性岩石的比热容和导热系数随温度变化的拟合曲线方程,运用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对气化煤层覆岩的温度场情况进行了模拟,根据温度场的分布情况建立了阶段式的地下气化FLAC3D力学模型,通过调节对应温度的泥岩力学参数,实现了对顶板泥岩的温度反演,并得到了气化研究区的覆岩裂隙发育特征.将相应位置的裂隙高度实测值与模拟值进行对比,在5%的置信区间下R2值达到0.91,验证了所建立的力学模型的可靠性.

Change mechanism simulation study of the overlying strata temperature field and fracture field in UCG

Abstract:The thermodynamic parameters of surrounding rock of the coal seam in a certain gasification field in Inner Mongolia are measured,and the relationships of the heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the surrounding rock of the coal seam and the temperature were established.COMSOL Multiphysics was used to simulate the temperature field of overlying strata in this study area.According to the temperature field,the FLAC3D model was established,the temperature was applied in the overlying strata by adjusting the mechanical parameters of mudstone,and obtained the gasification strata fissures characteristics in the study area.Compared the actual value of fissure height with the value of simulation,in the 5% confidence interval,R2 is 0.91,the rationality of the mechanics model was verified.
