苯甲酸-双2-乙基己基-磷酸酐的合成与应用

摘    要:以P204(双2-乙基己基-磷酸酯)、苯甲酸为原料, 经酰化反应, 合成了目标化合物苯甲酸-双2-乙基己基-磷酸酐, 较佳合成条件为: 以三乙胺为缚酸剂, n(P204)∶n(苯甲酸)=1∶1.1, 反应温度为0 ℃。该合成方法产率较高, 成本低廉, 反应条件温和, 操作简便。利用苯甲酸-双2-乙基己基-磷酸酐作为流动载体制得的乳状液膜体系直接萃取高酸度(pH=-0.18)且成分复杂的磷矿浸出液中的低浓度稀土离子, 其萃取率比P204的萃取率提高了20个百分点, 显示出良好的萃取性能。

Abstract:Benzoic acid-bis2-ethylhexyl-phosphoric acid anhydride was synthesised with P204 (D2EHPA)  and benzoic acid as raw materials through an acylation reaction, with the following optimum conditions, including triethylamine as a deacid reagent, D2EHPA/benzoic acid molar ratio of 1∶1.1, a reaction temperature of 0 ℃. It is found such synthesis method is characterized by high production rate, low cost, mild reaction condition and simple operation. Rare earth ion in the low-concentrated phosphorite lixivium at pH of -0.18 was directly extracted with benzoic acid-D2EHPA, instead of D2EHPA, leading to the extraction rate increased by 20 percentage points, showing a good extraction performance.
