新疆某低品位铍矿微波预处理浸出工艺研究

摘    要:针对氧化铍含量为0.515%的某低品位铍矿, 采用微波加热对矿石进行预处理, 研究了微波预处理及振荡浸出工艺。结果表明: 在微波预处理温度230 ℃、处理时间4 h, 铍矿石和浓硫酸质量比1∶1.4、振荡浸出时间4 h条件下, 铍浸出率达到96.7%。该工艺为低品位铍矿资源的开发利用提供了新思路。

Abstract:As for a kind of low-grade beryllium ores containing 0.515% beryllia from Xinjiang, a process of microwave heating was adopted for pretreatment in the test, and the influences of factors, including temperature and time for microwave heating, concentration of sulfuric acid and time for oscillation leaching, on beryllium leaching rate were investigated. Results show that, after pretreatment by microwave heating at 230 ℃ for 4 h, with beryllium ore and concentrated sulfuric acid in a mass ratio of 1∶1.4, oscillation leaching for 4 h, the beryllium leaching rate reaches 96.7%. It is concluded that such processing technique can be taken as a new approach for the exploitation and utilization of such low-grade beryllium ore.
