硫酸浸取法提取一水硬铝石中氧化铝工艺研究

摘    要:以低品位的一水硬铝石型铝土矿为原料,对硫酸浸取法提取铝土矿中氧化铝的工艺进行了研究。通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了硫酸浸取法提取铝土矿中氧化铝过程中硫酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度和液固比对氧化铝溶出率的影响。结果表明,在硫酸浓度90%、反应温度180 ℃、液固比8∶1、加热时间120 min的条件下,氧化铝相对溶出率达到90.23%以上。该工艺在常压下进行,对铝土矿的开发利用具有重要意义。

Abstract:With low-grade diasporic bauxite as raw material, experiments were conducted for extraction of alumina by sulfuric acid leaching. Based on the single-factor test and orthogonal test, effects of sulfuric acid concentration, reaction time and temperature, as well as liquid/solid ratio on the leaching rate of alumina were investigated. It is found that with the sulfuric acid concentration at 90%, reaction temperature at 180 ℃, liquid/solid ratio at 8∶1, heating time of 120 min, the extraction rate of alumina reached 90.23%. This process can be operated at atmospheric pressure, which will be of great significance for the exploitation and utilization of bauxite.
