板坯连铸动态轻压下技术的研究与应用

摘    要:为了能有效地控制板坯连铸坯的内部质量,阐述了一种热跟踪模型和动态辊缝实施模型。经过大量的过射钉试验和铸坯低倍试验表明,模型的理论计算值和实际测量值趋于一致,能明显提高铸坯内部质量。该系统工业化投产以来,系统运行稳定,显著地改善了产品内部质量。

Abstract:A thermal tracking and dynamic adjust gap model has been developed for a slab caster, which is proven to be effective for the better control of the slab inner quality. The temperature distribution and solid shell thickness calculated by mathematical model agree with those predicted by industrial and experimental measurements , the slab internal quality has been improved remarkably. The system has run stably and improve the quality of the slab greatly since it is applied in industry.
