摘    要:对某金矿进行了选矿试验研究。原矿磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占97.52%,采用碳酸钠、水玻璃、硫酸铜为调整剂,2#油为起泡剂,丁铵黑药为捕收剂,通过一次粗选、两次扫选和两次精选闭路试验,获得了精矿金品位27.50 g/t、尾矿金品位0.15 g/t、精矿产率9.20%、金回收率94.89%的选别指标。

Abstract:Experimental study was carried out on flotation of a gold ore. In the test, raw ore was milled to a grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 97.52%, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and copper sulfate were taken as regulators, while 2# oil and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate were used respectively as frother and collector. A closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and two stages of cleaning resulted in a 94.89% recovery into the concentrate grading 27.50 g/t Au with a yield of 9.20%, while the content of gold in the tailings reduced to 0.15 g/t.
