湖南某多金属矿锡钨选矿试验研究

摘    要:在工艺矿物学研究的基础上, 对含Sn 0.41%、WO3 0.28%的湖南某多金属矿进行了锡钨选矿试验研究。结果表明: 采用混合浮选工艺, 选用由北京矿冶研究总院研制的BK412和BK411作为捕收剂, 可获得Sn品位19.63%、Sn回收率60.38%, WO3品位11.48%、WO3回收率64.30%的浮选精矿, 实现了锡和钨的综合回收。

Abstract:Based on process mineralogical study, experiments were carried out on beneficiation of tin and tungsten minerals from a polymetallic ore of Hunan, which contains 0.41% Sn and 0.28% WO3. Results show that a bulk flotation process with BGRIMM-developed BK412 and BK411 as collector resulted in a concentrate approaching 19.63% Sn grade at 60.38% recovery and grading 11.48% WO3 at 64.30% recovery, indicating a comprehensive recovery of tin and tungsten.
