摘    要:对银山矿采用顽石替代钢球作立磨机磨矿介质的工业应用进行了阐述。采用顽石作立磨机磨矿介质, 具有优化浮选粒级组成、粒级分布相对集中、过粉碎粒级含量降低等特点, 铜作业回收率提高了1.5个百分点, 总回收率提高了0.9个百分点, 电机功耗和钢球消耗大幅降低。

Abstract:A commercial trial was conducted by introducing hard rock to substitute steel balls as media for vertical mills in Yinshan Mine. After this amelioration, the particle size composition for flotation pulp has been optimized as the size distribution was narrowed and the over-grinded portion was reduced. The recovery of copper flotation process was increased by 1.5 percentage point and the total recovery increased by 0.9 percentage point. Meanwhile, motor power dissipation and steel ball consumption were lowered.
