河北某泥化黄铜矿浮选脱泥-微泡浮选试验研究

摘    要:为提高选别回收率, 采用浮选脱泥、泥砂分选流程对河北某泥化黄铜矿进行了选矿试验研究。对于含泥泡沫, 以CMC与酸化水玻璃为组合抑制剂, 通过一粗三精二扫浮选柱浮选试验, 实现了该泥化黄铜矿的浮选分离, 最终获得精矿铜品位19.79%; 对脱泥尾砂进行后续再磨浮铜探索试验, 最终尾矿品位可降至0.11%左右。

Abstract:Aiming to increase processing recovery, experiments were conducted to beneficiate a slimed chalcopyrite ore from Hebei province adopting a process consisting of flotation desliming and microfroth flotation to separately process slime and sand. With CMC and acidized water glass as mixed depressants, a flowsheet composed of one stage of roughing, three stages of cleaning and two stages of scavenging, led to chalcopyrite separated from the froth product of desliming by flotation column, yielding a concentration grade of 19.79% Cu. A regrinding-flotation test for processing the deslimed underflow resulted in the final tailings with copper grade reduced to around 0.11%.
