某高铁菱锰矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对某高铁菱锰矿进行了选矿试验研究。原矿中菱锰矿矿物粒度细,多呈鲕状结构产出,与大量菱铁矿形成连续的类质同象系列,完全解离困难。采用湿式弱磁选-高梯度强磁选流程,在0.11 T(弱磁)/1.65 T(强磁)条件下,可获得Fe品位29.22%、Mn品位11.13%的精矿。

Abstract:Beneficiation test of an iron-rich rhodochrosite ore was conducted. Rhodochrosite in the raw ore was finely disseminated and was mainly of oolitic texture. Continuous isomorphism types formed owing to the intimate intergrowth of rhodochrosite and siderite results in difficulty for the complete dissociation. A flowsheet of wet low-intensity magnetic separation (LIMS) and high gradient high-intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) was adopted, and a concentrate with Fe grade of 29.22% and Mn grade of 11.13% was obtained under magnetic field of 0.11 T and 1.65 T for LIMS and HIMS respectively.
